Pricing:
No Call Out Fee:
We do not charge a travelling fee for onsite jobs in the Ottumwa city limits.Outside of city limits there is a $20 charge for up to 10 miles.
Beyond 10 miles is a $50 charge.
In shop Repairs:
$45 flat fee for minor services.$115 flat fee for major services.
Minor Services are those taking less than 30 minutes.
We offer free pick up and delivery of machines we service.
Onsite Repairs:
Onsite repairs are charged at $70 per hour.There is a one hour minimum for onsite repair work.
Most jobs are completed in one to one and one half hours
Onsite payments can be made by cash or check.
Onsite bills are due when service is rendered.
